All classes are free of charge and ongoing (unless otherwise stated)- No previous knowledge required.


Lunch ’n Learn Living with the Times- Bring your lunch to an inspiring hour of Torah, based on the weekly Torah portion. Mondays 12:30 – 1:30 pm at Pomerantz and Associates, 21 S 12th Street, Suite 770. Wednesdays 1 – 2 pm at Spivack & Spivack, 1528 Walnut Street Suite 710.


Kabbalah: The Journey of a Bruised Soul in the Afterlife- Enter the mystical, magical, spiritual side to Judaism. Caution, taking this class might change your perception of the universe. 4 Tuesdays, 7:00 - 8:00pm. Cost: $36.00.

Read Hebrew- Learn to read Hebrew in just 8 Wednesdays, 4:30-5:30pm.


Jewish Mysticism- Shabbat Morning 9:00 – 9:30am (preceding services) at B’nai Abraham. In this half-hour, text-based course, you’ll see how profound and divine Judaism is.

Talking Talmud!- The Talmud is also known as Gemarah or Oral Torah. It explains the Written Torah. Take this course to understand the meaning behind Jewish laws, customs, holidays, and traditions. Sundays, 9 – 10 am.

Shabbat and stuff for Dummies- …and for the rest of us. Learn the laws and customs of Judaism so you won’t find yourself saying, “Oops, I should have known that.” Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm.

Personal Tutoring- If you’d like to learn another topic, or if these classes are not friendly to your schedule, we’ll set you up with a friendly private tutor! For a nominal fee, you’ll get lots of personal attention and an accommodating class schedule.

You do not need previous knowledge for any of these classes. But you’ll have plenty of knowledge afterwards!
